Shipping & Return Policy

At Furniturism, we deliver across the United Kingdom using our own dedicated delivery team and vehicles. We aim to provide a safe, reliable, and careful delivery service for every order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities and towns across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (subject to access and delivery feasibility). If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery charges


  • Free Delivery (Manchester Only): Delivery is free within Manchester (UK).

  • UK Nationwide Delivery (Outside Manchester): A delivery charge applies for all other UK locations. This will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team after your order is placed (depending on item size and distance).

Delivery scheduling & lead time

After your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time window. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on product type (in-stock or made-to-order), your location, and delivery route scheduling.

Delivery access & requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery, please check the following before placing an order:

  • Doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts are suitable for the item size
  • Parking access is available close to the delivery address
  • Any restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, gated entry, floor level access) are shared with us in advance

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Delivery to flats / upper floors

We can deliver to apartments and upper floors where access is possible. Please inform us in advance if:

  • There is no lift, or lift size is limited
  • Delivery requires multiple flights of stairs
  • The building has restricted access times

Additional handling charges may apply in certain cases (we will always confirm before delivery).

Receiving your delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. When your items arrive:

  • Inspect the packaging and items on delivery
  • Report any visible issues immediately to the delivery team
  • Keep the packaging until you’re satisfied everything is correct

Missed deliveries / re-delivery

If no one is available to receive the order at the agreed time, or delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Returns & Exchanges (No Refunds)

At Furniturism, we do not offer refunds. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products and offer a free exchange/replacement policy in the situations below.

Free exchange / replacement (eligible cases)

We will replace or exchange your item free of charge if:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken
  • The item is faulty / defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product delivered is not as shown / advertised

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or exchange without unnecessary questions, and with no extra delivery charges.

Reporting an issue

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please:

  • Notify us as soon as possible after delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue (including packaging where applicable)

What’s not covered

Our free exchange policy may not apply if:

  • Damage occurs due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear or changes due to everyday use
  • The issue is reported after an unreasonable delay
